Travel Support and Services Program

Enjoy traveling, see that vacationing with your medical equipment can be easy and enjoyable.
All it takes is a little advanced planning and a few important steps to follow.

Travel Program Plan

  • A current Prescription and Certificate of Medical Necessity. Able Care Health Equipment customers can use our convenient service to forward or provide these needed documents. A copy of your Prescription should be always in your possession if an immediate need arises.

  • Advanced Notice to Able Care staff will always be appreciated. A 4 to 6 week prior notice can make things go very smoothly.

  • Weekend travel may have an additional cost to you.
If you are NOT an Able Care customer
  • Payment for travel services are expected prior to or upon delivery of equipment.
    Able Care does not bill your insurance or current provider for any services rendered.
